Remove Current Pad (If Replacing): Grip the back of the outsole pad near the heel and peel it up and forward to the toe to remove.
Insert New Traction Pad, Toe End First: Align the front edge of the new pad with the recessed toe area of the shoe and slide it into place
Press To Lock: Starting at the front, firmly press the pad down along it's entire length toward the heel until fully secured.

Set The Bond: The hook-and-loop connection will fully set after two to three minutes of walking. Light walking helps the pad lock securely into place.
