As a former EMT and Air Force officer, Eli knows firsthand the demands of physically intensive and high-pressure environments. Owning a residential services business that required him to work on steep roofs and slippery surfaces, further reinforced the need for durable, comfortable footwear for hard-working professionals.A lifelong athlete with a passion for sports performance, Eli combined his athletic and work experiences to design innovative footwear tailored for roofing and outdoor trade professionals, military and law enforcement personnel, and fitness enthusiasts. By optimizing every feature on their designs, Contra Footwear embodies this vision, offering a modular shoe that simplifies your gear while maximizing versatility.
