How to Track
Option 1 — Your confirmation email: Click the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email. It takes you directly to the carrier's live tracking page.
Option 2 — Your account: Log in to your Contra Footwear account to view all order details and tracking links in one place.
Tracking Timing
Most orders are fulfilled within 1 business day. Once your label is created, tracking activity typically appears on the carrier's site within a few hours. If your tracking link shows no updates yet, check back after 24 hours — carrier scans can lag behind label creation.
