Built for professionals working around nails, screws, sharp debris, and demanding jobsite conditions, the Contra Sole Defender™ Puncture-Resistant Insole adds an extra layer of underfoot protection without giving up everyday comfort.

The Sole Defender™ combines a cushioned top layer with a puncture-resistant base designed to help resist penetration from sharp objects underfoot. It is tested to the ASTM F2413-24 PR puncture-resistance standard, which evaluates resistance to puncture forces up to 270 lbf / 1,200 N.

Designed specifically to fit Contra footwear, the Sole Defender™ drops into both Heist™ and Raid™ models as a replacement or upgrade insole.
